Terms and Conditions of Avesta Interactivefor the ESTA registration §1 General - Scope 1.1 For all contracts and services between Avesta Interactive and the customer, the following terms and conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of concluding the contract. 1.2 The following terms of contract are concluded after application between Avesta Interactive, Inh. Amin Sepehri, Hollerallee 26, 28209 Bremen and the respective applicant. 1.3 These terms and conditions apply exclusively. Contrary or deviating provisions are excluded unless expressly confirmed in writing by Avesta Interactive. §2 Subject matter, rights of use, conclusion of contract 2.1 The applicant agrees to enter all data required by him correctly and truthfully in the required form. 2.2 Before submitting the completed application, the applicant is informed of the general terms and conditions and accepts these by submitting his data. 2.3 After submitting the data, the applicant receives a confirmation email. 2.4 After submitting the personal data and paying the requested fee to Avesta Interactive, the Applicant will again receive a confirmation email, which is considered a contract between Avesta Interactive and the Applicant. 2.5 If Avesta Interactive suspects that the data provided by the Applicant have not been truthfully provided, Avesta Interactive reserves the right to refuse the contract. §3 Payment and Costs 3.1 The services offered on this website cost the applicant 99 EUR including VAT at the rate of 19 percent. 3.2 This fee includes any applicable costs, including the US Immigration Department fee (currently 21 USD) and is excluding 19 percent VAT. 3.3 The fee (3.1) is due immediately and payable immediately after application. 3.4 The fee will not be refunded in any case, even in the case of negative feedback from the US authorities. 3.5 This excludes the right of withdrawal under §4. 3.6 If it is suspected that the data entered by the applicant is not truthful, Avesta Interactive reserves the right to terminate the contract. §4 Refund Policy 4.1 The contract can be revoked without giving reasons in writing by e-mail or post within 14 days with us. This period begins upon submission of the application and thus acceptance of the terms and conditions of Avesta Interactive. 4.2 The revocation must be sent to: Avesta Interactive 4.3 In case of cancellation, all costs and services already incurred will be recalled and refunded by both parties. 4.4 If the claimant refers to the right of withdrawal after the claim has been filed with the US Federal Department, a cancellation fee of 31 EUR will be charged. 4.5 If at the time of cancellation, the affected application has already been approved by the US "CBP Department of Homeland Security", the right of revocation shall be canceled. §5 Payment via PayPal and credit card 5.1 As soon as the applicant has submitted his application, he will be asked to pay via PayPal. It should be noted that this does not require valid PayPal access to use the services of Avesta Interactive. 5.2 The applicant has the option to choose the method of payment itself: - Payment via PayPal 5.3 The credit card / bank account is debited after entering the data. 5.4 If difficulties arise in the payment by the applicant, he will immediately receive information by e-mail. In addition, a service employee of Avesta Interactive gets in touch with the applicant by phone at short notice. §6 Limitation of Liability, Exclusion of Warranty 6.1 Avesta Interactive acts as a service provider and is not liable for any damage that may be caused by the application to the US Department. 6.2 These damages include, for example, undated or late-issued ESTA travel authorizations by the US Department of Homeland Security. 6.3 The services offered by Avesta Interactive relate to the control and transmission of the data provided by the applicant. 6.4 If Avesta Interactive guesses that the data provided by the applicant are incorrect entries, a service representative will contact the applicant. 6.5 The final decision to grant an entry permit is the sole responsibility of the Department of Homeland Security of the United States of America. 6.6 The corresponding result of the registration will be forwarded by Avesta Interactive immediately by e-mail, on request by phone or fax, to the client. $7 self declaration 7.1 Avesta Interactive is an independent private provider that does not maintain a recognized relationship with US authorities or has official contacts with US embassies. 7.2 It is not the responsibility of Avesta Interactive, whether the purchaser uses the services offered or makes the entry permit itself on the website of the US government. 7.3 Avesta Interactive provides a web-based travel service that provides formalities for obtaining an entry visa based on the Visa Waver Program for Travelers Non-US Citizens via a web-based interface. §8 Governing Law, Place of Performance 8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany. 8.2 The exclusive place of fulfillment for all agreements according to the contract between the parties is Bremen.

If you apply for your ESTA via us, the authorisation will be valid for two years from the date of issue, or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.
If you lose the ESTA registration number you can retrieve it free of charge for a period of two years. You can also use further services. This service costs 99 EUR and includes the 21 USD fee for the United States Border Control.
